1891477 - PI 7.1X upgrade deployment process fails due to missing ExecutionDetails class

When you use SUM/JSPM to perform SP upgrade for your PI  7.1X system. During the Execution Phase (5.6) the following error has occurred in step Deploy software components. For example:
SUM  execute  component-deploy-710  deploy-components  com.sap.sdt.jspm.service.JspmService  class com.sap.sdt.jspm.service.JspmServiceException

    1) The SUM/JSPM log files show error like:
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Could not update components. Deployment of queue Queue_2013.03.11 at 13:28:23 completed with error Could not connect to Deploy Controller. Make sure that AS Java and Deploy Controller service are running. 
    com.sap.engine.services.dc.api.ConnectionException: [ERROR CODE DPL.DCAPI.1144] Could not establish connection to AS Java on [host name:5xx04]. No alive connection. Check state of the server.
    Check if the host and port specified are correct and AS Java is up and running. javax.naming.NamingException: Exception during getInitialContext operation. Cannot establish connection to the remote server. [Root exception 
    is com.sap.engine.services.security.exceptions.BaseLoginException:Exception in creating new RemoteLoginContext instance.] com.sap.engine.services.security.exceptions.BaseLoginException:
    Exception in creating new RemoteLoginContext instance.
    com.sap.engine.services.rmi_p4.P4IOException: No alive connection. Check state of the server.

   2) In the meanwhile, AS Java can not be started. In dev_serverX, you could see:

   3) Furthermore, in std_serverX.out you could see:

   FATAL: Critical shutdown with exit code [2150] was requested due to [AS Java cannot be started; core service [p4] failed to start]
