1891619 - How does one find a particular error raised by a client program in the IQ logs or message files ?

Symptom

  • Monitoring via a third party tool showed an error was made by a user but the error does not seem to be found in IQ logs.
  • The expectation was that the client error could be found in the Request Log ( the .zr log) using the stored procedure sa_get_request_times() however this does not show the error.
