• SUP service not starting.
• Seeing these errors in Windows Event logs:
  com.iAnywhere.OneBridge.dblayer.DBException: Error 7200:  AQE Error:  State = HY000;   NativeError = 5016;  [iAnywhere Solutions][Advantage SQL][ASA] Error 5016:  Advantage could not find an index order with the specified name.
• The following error logged in the SUP Server Log:

  java.lang.RuntimeException: Delete Application Connection failed.
