1891793 - '&' in the code group text is replaced by cause code text

In notification (IW21/IW22/IW51/IW52) or selection of notifications (IW58/IW59/IW28/IW29/IW69),  '&' in the code group text is replaced by cause code text.

For example, you maintain the code group in QS41 as figure 1, but you find '&' in the code group text is replaced by cause code text like figure 2.
