1891961 - Trouble shooting guide: Planned orders are not published to ECC after SNP planning

Symptom

After SNP planning and/or change pointer processing from /SAPAPO/C5, some planned orders are not published to ECC.
They still have the APO order numbers. Sometimes CCR Delta Report shows error "Missing in R/3 (Error number 153)".
