1892517 - Unable to create or edit Webintelligence reports using BICS Connection

- Webi reports on UNX work well
- Refreshing or Scheduling reports displays the error "An internal error occured while calling 'processDPCommandsEx' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270) "

- When creating a New report, after slecting BEX, you get an error

- The Reports can be refresh  in Webi rich customer
- Analysis for OLAP reports can also be created using BICS connection

- In the Adaptive Processing Server >> Metrics

There is no DSL Bridge service running even though its included in the APS Container

- In the APS log file shows this error

"Failed to start service DSLBridge"
