1892569 - Cannot save parameters of mobile server

Symptom

  • When customising the Mobile Server, values are not sent when importing connection on mobile device
  • Customise 2 files: server.properties and clientsettings.properties like in examples bellow:

    On server side
    file name: server.properties

    mobi.connections=connection1
    connection1.DisplayName=SAMPLE Connection
    connection1.BOBJ_MOBILE_URL=https://<MobileServerUrl>
    connection1.BOBJ_MOBILE_CMS=<CMSName:6400>
    connection1.BOBJ_MO BILE_USER_NAME: joe
    connection1.BOBJ_MOBILE_USER_PASSWORD: blogs
    connection1.BOBJ_MOBILE_AUTH_METHOD: secEnterprise
    connection1.BOBJ_MOBILE_CONNECTION_TYPE:1
    connection1.BOBJ_MOBILE_SAVE_PWD: True

    and file name: clientsettings.properties

    savePassword=true
    offlineStorage=true
    offlineStorage.ttl=182
    offlineStorage.appPwd=true

  • On mobile device side (Android or iOS) when importing connection, all fields are filled with retrieved values from server except the below 3 fields:

    BOBJ_MOBILE_USER_NAME,
    BOBJ_MOBILE_USER_PASSWORD and
    BOBJ_MOBILE_SAVE_PWD.
