1892853 - SQL Anywhere restore fails with an error

Symptom

SQL Anywhere database incremental restore from a backup fails with an error e.g:

Cannot open transaction log file -- Can't use log file
"/usr/pw/dbarchive/incremental/100103AA.log" since it has
been used more recently than the database file
Failed to apply 100103AA.log. Continue to restore (y/n) [
default is 'y' ]? y
