1893392 - MobiLink raises a -10002 error "ORA-00942: table or view does not exist" on startup with an Oracle consolidated database

Symptom

When the Mobilink synchronization server connects to an Oracle consolidated database, during the MobiLink server start-up the following -10002 error and 10075 warning could be raised:

E. <Main> [-10002] Consolidated database server or ODBC error: 
ODBC: [Sybase][iAnywhere Solutions - Oracle][Oracle]ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
(ODBC State = 42S02, Native error code = 942)
W. <Main> [10075] Unable to access ORACLE table 'gv$transaction'. Access is needed in order to ensure no data is missed if using timestamp-based downloads
