1894062 - IC Webclient does not identify client/employee ID integrate with Contact Center - ID returns 0000000 only for IDs which are 7 digits or lower

Symptom

Image/Data is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems.  Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

  • You are using SAP Contact Center integrated with SAP CRM
  • When employees make calls to the Call Center, they enter their IDs in an IVR (Interactive Voice Response)
  • When these calls are routed and arrive in CRM, the system is unable to determine employees that have IDs with 7 digits long or lower values
