1894112 - Batchjob RADTBUCACT aborted - Error in Upgrade

Symptom

During an upgrade to system based on SAP NetWeaver 7.31 with HANA database, SUM tool fails with the following error message in step MAIN_SHDRUN/RUN_RADTBUCACT:

Severe error(s) occured in phase MAIN_SHDRUN/RUN_RADTBUCACT!
Last error code set: Batchjob 'RADTBUCACT' with id '<id number>' aborted

In the log file of the step has more details about the error:

PADTBUC.LOG
2EETQ262 Batchjob "RADTBUCACT" aborted
1EETQ399 Last error code set is 'Batchjob 'RADTBUCACT' with id
'<id number>' aborted'
1EETQ204 Upgrade phase "RUN_RADTBUCACT" aborted with severe errors
("<timestamp>")

The severe errors mentioned in the log can be found in the JOBLOG.LOG file:

The current ABAP program "SDB2FDBS" had to be terminated because it has come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
 
The following syntax error occurred in program "SDB2FHDB " in include
"SDB2FHDB " inline 392:
"Type "SHDBINDEXES" is unknown"
 
The include has been created and last changed by:
Created by: "SAP "
Last changed by: "<user>"
Error in the ABAP Application Program
 
The current ABAP program "SDB2FDBS" had to be terminated because it has come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
