1894160 - CALL_FUNCTION_REMOTE_ERROR when copying or deleting environment - BPC NW

When trying to copy or delete an Environment, the process fails and generate two dumps on the backend:

- CALL_FUNCTION_REMOTE_ERROR for the user logged in and

- UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION for the BPC_SERVICE user

The dump for the BPC_SERVICE user has more details on the cause of the dump:

The occurrence of the exception is closely related to the occurrence of
a previous exception "/POA/CX_BUI_PST_EXCEPTION", which was raised in the
 program "/POA/CL_BUI_PST_API===========CP",
specifically in line 55 of the (include) program
 "/POA/CL_BUI_PST_API===========CM00C".
The cause of the exception was:
