1894329 - RWI 00236 error happens when saving a very complex and large WebI report to EXCEL, PDF or other format in InfoView

Symptom

  • When saving a very complex and large Web Intelligence (WebI) report to EXCEL, PDF, TEXT or CSV format in InfoView, Error happens as:
    The Web Intelligence server cannot be reached. Contact your Business Objects Administrator. (Error: RWI 00236) (Error: INF)
  • If you check the P-ID of the Web Intelligence Processing Server (WIPS), you would find the value is changed after the error happens. It means the Web Intelligence Processing Server is also auto-restarted when the issue happens.
