Symptom

  • Crystal Reports For Enterprise (CR4E) schedule fails with error "Unexpected database connector error (CRS 300003)"
  • Viewing of same report in LaunchPad is fine
  • This can be seen in Adaptive Job Server trace logs:
    • Create ConnectionServer Dictionary error com.businessobjects.connectionserver.CSError: Conversion from UTF8 to charset failed : Encoding not loaded
