1894985 - How does due quantity calculated with ASN quantity, GR quantity / partial GR quantity

Symptom

Due quantity calculation is wrong after ASN is created and partial GR is done for this ASN. You find that the due qty is still calculated with ASN quantity, no GR quantity is taken account for this calculation.

The expected system behavior should be that: when GR quantity existing, then use GR quantity to calculate due quantity.
