1895197 - New button "Attributes" intorduced in GOS Attachment list

• In recent releases a new button called Attributes (marked with red circle) was introduced in the Generic Object Services' Attachment list. The functionality of the button Details (marked with blue circle) not changed.

• The new Attributes button can be used to:
  
  Get an overview of additional document header information
  Change the Title and Language for Attachments, Notes and URLs
  Change the File name for Attachments
  Display the history of changes (like Owner, Created By - On and Changed By - On)

• The new Attributes button cannot be used on ArchiveLink Business documents.
