1895364 - QAAWS getDataSource exception (Error: WQR 99998) on Weblogic and Websphere platforms

When using Qaaws designer to create or edit a query against dswsbobje running on Oracle Weblogic or IBM Websphere platforms, the user selects a universe and the following generic error is thrown:

Unhandled Exception has occured in your application.  getDataSource exception (Error: WQR 99998)

After enabling additional trace for dswsbobje but adding "-Dtracelog.configfile=/path/to/BO_Trace.ini" to the startup command line for Weblogic Server, the following messages will be present in the logs
