1895391 - Unable to access Afaria Admin Portal from Remote computers

• After installation of SP3, attempts to access the admin console
  remotely are failing.
• Error as follows:
  
  Server Error in '/Afaria' Application.
  
  Tenant ID has not been initialized, use SetTenantIdContext.
