1895857 - Different behaviour of message VL049 (The customer has requested complete delivery) in transactions VL10* and VL01N

Symptom

  • The message VL049 "The customer has requested complete delivery" is handled differently when the delivery is created in the background (VL10*) or in dialog (VL01N)
  • In the background processing (VL10*) the delivery creation is not allowed, the message VL049 appears as an error message but in the dialog (VL01N) the message shows as a warning message and the delivery can be created
  • In App 'My Sales Orders Due for Delivery' VL049 displays as an error; but in App 'Create Delivery with reference to Sales Order' VL049 displays as a warning
  • This is standard system behaviour
