After applying an SAP Afaria 7 Service Pack (SP), the Relay Server Outbound Enabler (RSOE) services fail to start.
Upon trying to start an RSOE service, an error message appears stating, "Windows could not start the <RSOE> service on Local Computer. Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly."
