1896497 - Not Able to Select Add Row Button While Doing Product Count

You want to manually add a product while doing the product count but you are unable to do so as the Add Row button is disabled in the confirm count task screen.

1. Go to the Physical Inventory work center.
2. Go to the Task Control view.
3. Search for the Task ID and select Confirm button.
4. You could see that in the Confirm Count task screen, the Add Row button is disabled.

The Product Count is done specific to a product, hence adding any other product to it is not allowed; thus the Add Row button is disabled in the confirm count task screen.

Note : The Add Row button is enabled in the confirm task screen when performing Logistics Area Count, as it is not product specific and one can add many products to the count task.

The system is behaving as designed.
