1896541 - Integrating LDAP authentication with SUP results in the following error being logged "LDAP: error code 34"

Symptom

  1. LDAP integration is being setup in Sybase Unwired platform (SUP)
  2. The search base options include something similar to the following:   OU=/, DC=domain, DC=com
  3. When users attempt to authenticate, a message similar to the following is noted in the SUP Server log (<node>-server.log)
