Symptom

When refreshing a WebIntelligence report (in all viewers or editors), the list of values box does not appear, preventing you from selecting anything.

This occurs on reports that were created against a .unv universe, but were re-pointed to a .unx universe.

If you edit the query and filter and change a filter property, click ok, then set it back to the original setting, the problem goes away.
