1896925 - EBPI0 wrong benefits for "IT Prolongada"

Symptom

For a partial time employee with "IT prolongada" absence, function EBPI0 calculates correctly the contribution bases (Bases de cotización). However, the calculations for the benefits (prestaciones) are incorrect because they are done taking into account the averages of the last 12 months which corresponds to a Maternity absence (Subtype 3000 in the standard). For IT prolongada the regularory bases should be calculated taking into account the average bases of the last 3 months.
