1896944 - Error "This Application Endpoint is not allowlisted with SUP." - SUP

Symptom

  • Application is not able connecting to the Sybase Unwired Platform (SUP) or SAP Mobile Platform (SMP) server nor synchronizing data.
  • The following error is logged into the SUP server log:
    [com.sybase.sup.odp.handler.ProxyConnectorHandler] [] [] This Application Endpoint is not allowlisted with SUP. Hence terminating the request.
