1897135 - BPC10NW: Can't process dimension unless user has SAP_ALL profile

Symptom

A user doesn't have SAP_ALL profile and tries to process a dimension via the Web Administration.

The following error is displayed: "Error occurred while saving members"
And there is not button "See details" available.

The SLG1 entries related to this process attempt are 'green' but when checking the 'Response' entry it will mention that the process ended with errors.
