1897315 - Cannot choose components for SGEN: No Components Selected

Symptom

As of SAP_BASIS 740, the interface of SGEN is slightly changed.

The component selection screen has been integrated into the first screen as below:

But when you click on "Components", you cannot choose the components as you wish from the next screen:

Even if all the components are highlighted, it shows "No components selected".

When you click on "Continue", SGEN pops up the following information and indicates that no components selected at all:
