Symptom

  • Cannot start WebServices adapter.
  • Adapters are not working.
  • The jar file it is looking for exists on the box, however it is in a different path (for example the adapter is looking for it on c, and it exists on d).
  • Installed Data Services multiple times on the same box to different locations.
  • "ERROR ERROR Adapter could not be started:  Jar file <incorrect link dir path\>/lib/acta_adabter_sdk.jar not found.  Please re-configure the adapter instance. Please abort and start the adapter again."
