Symptom

When trying to check a Content Repository (storage of content into system database table) using report RSCMST,

EITHER:

  • Following test reports pattern is displayed:

OR:

  • User/password pop-up appears along with HTTP error: 401 Unauthorized:

OR:

  • HTTP error: 503 Service unavailable is shown in status line:

service_unavailable.png
