1898212 - Error when disabling WebI Processing Server “Cannot commit relationship attribute changes.."

Symptom

In the CMC, after selecting to disable the Webi Processing Server, the following error message appears:

“Cannot commit relationship attribute changes. When committing relationship "Service-Server" (596) between parent "InformationEngineService" (1075) and child "BIPW08R2.WebIntelligenceProcessingServer" (1373) with version 17, a conflict occurs with current version 20 over property "SI_CONFIG_ACTUAL". Failed to merge changes.”
