Symptom

  • Computer unexpectedly shut down
  • Designer hangs after clicking "Reset Users"
  • Designer was closed without logging out of the local repository
  • Upon reboot and opening Designer, received an error indicating user was logged on still
  • When attempting to log into Designer, prompted to reset user
  • Getting an error when another user tries to log in
  • Reset Users: IF YOU CONTINUE YOU MAY CORRUPT YOUR REPOSITORY!!! The following users are already logged on: username (Datetime Stamp) (BODI-1270033)
