1898603 - How to Disable Desktop Altert in Collaboration Window

How to disable alert / pop-up so that when Task or Notification is assigned it is not shown in desktop.

a. You have logged into the SAP Collaboration Window.
b. From Bydesign UI, Task or Notification is assigned to your user.
c. Alert is shown in your desktop.

You can disable desktop alerts / pop-ups in Collaboration Window as follows:

a. In Collaboration Window click on Menu and then Settings.
b. Choose Missed Items.
c. Under Missed Items Settings, adapt Do Not Show for Tasks and Notifications.
