Symptom
Customer changed IIOPS port to 2000 and IIOP port to 2001. The customer then changed the ports back and still saw the same issues.
- SCC and Mobilink Server are not able to communicate properly (all data sync's stopped)
- MLSRV_Err.log shows:
2013-07-24 11:48:14.360 ERROR Mobilink Thread-551 [com.sybase.ml.sup.Logger] [] [] [-10030] A network read failed. Unable to read data from the remote client
2013-07-24 11:48:14.360 ERROR Mobilink Thread-551 [com.sybase.ml.sup.Logger] [] [] [-10091] This connection will be abandoned due to previous errors
2013-07-24 11:48:16.268 ERROR Mobilink Thread-551 [com.sybase.ml.sup.Logger] [] [] [-10030] A network read failed. Unable to read data from the remote client

- SCC Agent.log shows:
Get cluster connection from localhost:2000 fail: com.sybase.uep.admin.client.AdminException: com.sybase.djc.SystemException: No buffer space available (maximum connections reached)
- Netstat is showing hundreds of open connections between SCC and various components along with a large number of TIME_WAIT connections.
