1899144 - ASE Error SQL1204 during transfer of data between Infocubes

Symptom

  • During the transfer of data between Infocubes via INSERTs, the ASE data server reports the following error:

    [ASE Error SQL1204]ASE has run out of LOCKS. Re-run your command when there are fewer active users,
    or contact a user with System Administrator (SA) role to reconfigure ASE with more LOCKS.

  • Increasing the ASE data server  parameter 'number of locks' does not cure the problem
