Symptom

  • When attempting to refresh a report the following error is returned:

    java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: com.businessobjects.sdk.core.server.CommunicationException$UnexpectedServerExc eption: An internal error occured while calling 'processDPCommandsEx' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)
  • The Web Intelligence document is using a connection that points to an SAP BW system. When changing this connection to a new SAP BW server which contains the same cube the error above is returned.
