1899312 - How to "hide" the administrator (DBA/DBO) password when using a SQL Anywhere tools which requires admin credentials to connect to the database

Symptom

A migration of a database requires unloading the original database into a new one. Calling "dbunload" executable from the migration tool requires having the admin-password in the start parameter line, which can be exposed using common tools like e.g. "Process Explorer".

For this specific scenario using a configuration file, the content is encrypted using tool "dbfhide", is not an option.
