1899381 - How to check Migration Key issues - System Copy

Symptom

  • During a Heterogeneous System Copy (OS/DB Migration), using the Software Provisioning Manager (SWPM Tool SAP Notes: 1680045), an error occurs while entering the Migration Key
    The migration key for a heterogeneous system copy is wrong.  
    SOLUTION: Enter a valid migration key.
  • The SAPinst_Dev.log has the following warning
    WARNING    <timestamp> 
                 CJSlibModule::writeWarning_impl()
    Execution of the command "/usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/exe/run/R3load -dbcodepage<dbcodepage> -i test_MIGKEY.cmd -l test_MIGKEY.log -K <migration key>"finished with return code 9. Output:
    sapparam: sapargv(argc, argv) has not been called!
    sapparam(1c): No Profile used.
    sapparam: SAPSYSTEMNAME neither in Profile nor in Commandline
     TRACE      <timestamp>  [iaxxgenimp.cpp:707]
                CGuiEngineImp::showMessageBox

  • The test_MIGKEY has the following error:
