Symptom

When trying to set an option, using statements like "SET OPTION <userid>.<option-name>=<option-value>" or "CALL sa_server_option('<option-name>', '<option-value>')", results in the following error:

Could not execute statement.
Invalid option '<option-name>' -- no PUBLIC setting exists
SQLCODE=-200, ODBC 3 State="42000"
