1899453 - SBP info not updated in dba_registry_history

Symptom

SAP note 1175996 lets us know how to check SBP level, but sometime dba_registry_history does not have SBP entry although we are very sure have installed SBP.
Below error could also occur:

select action_time, version, bundle_series, comments from dba_registry_history where bundle_series = 'SBP' order by action_time desc
ORA-00904: "BUNDLE_SERIES": invalid identifier
