1899840 - OpenDocument links that pass a filter value, based on a custom hierarchy, from a parent report to a child report does not work properly

Symptom

OpenDocument links that pass a filter value from a parent report to a child report does not work properly.

The filter is based on a Custom Hierarchy defined in the Business Layer of a unx universe.

When the filter is passed to the child report, it is passed along as "City" instead of "State \ City". The correct format is used when refreshing the child report directly, bypassing OpenDocument.
