1900309 - HowTo: Archiving ArchiveLink connection entries from tables TOA01, etc. for Business documents and TOADL for Print lists and Logging tables

The retention period for some Business documents or Print lists are reached and it's required to remove the link entries from the database
OR
Entries from the ArchiveLink logging tables need to be archived from the system

SAP Basis 6.20 and higher
Logging is available from SAP Basis 6.20 and the necessary archiving objects for logging available from SAP Basis 6.40

(In some earlier releases like from 4.5 the archiving object ARCHIVELNK is available, but with limited selection criteria.)
