1900457 - Why ATP (like CO09) does not consider 'Final Delivery' indicator (MEPO1313-EGLKZ) from the STO?

Symptom

When creating a delivery for a stock transport order the 'final delivery' flag in the purchase order is activated when partial delivery indicator is on one time delivery. As a result the purchase order is removed from the MD04. But in the CO09 the purchase order is still visible for ATP check.
