1900519 - Receive error "Unauthorized operation (0x50) when trying to view folders after logging into BI mobile deployed on Websphere

• Receive error "Unauthorized operation (0x50) when trying to view folders, or run reports after logging into BI mobile deployed on WAS
• Issue occurs if users have logged in with all authentication types (enterprise, LDAP, AD, or SAP)
• Issue was not reproducible on tomcat (this feature is probably not available on tomcat either)
• Also to note this feature did not cause problems with BI Launchpad, opendocument, CMC, or any other BI applications (that we know of) 
• Another error or warning recorded on the WAS server was seen below although it's not known if it was related
• com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.srt.SRTServletResponse setHeader servername: WARNING: Cannot set header. Response already committed.
