1900533 - BODS BOE scheduler not working

• Data Services jobs scheduled via BOE scheduler intermittently fail to execute
• The program object in BI executes and reports success, but no job runs recorded in the DS Management Console
• When you click on the job schedule name in CMC you see this error:   
  
  java.lang.Exception: Fail to get DS.JobLauncherService service. Error : The service DS.JobLauncherService could not be found on the client side
   at com.acta.rw.SchedulerProgramBase.run(SchedulerProgramBase.java:206)
   at com.crystaldecisions.sdk.plugin.desktop.program.internal.ProgramWrapper.main(ProgramWrapper.java:174)
