Symptom

An add-on installation terminates in the Main Import or ABAP Dictionary Distribution phases due to an inconsistency in the nametab.
The following messages can be found in the phase logs:

  • No active nametab exists for <table name>
    Termination due to inconsistencies

  • Any ABAP Add-on

  • SUM/SAINT release independent
