1900734 - Error Message Received: 'Route Not Found' While claiming the Mileage

You received error message Route Not Found while claiming the Mileage between two Airports.

1. Go to the Travel & Expenses work center.
2. Open Expense Report in which you would like to claim the Mileage.
3. Press Claim Mileage button.
4. Enter airport codes ABC and XYZ in From & To fields.

The mileage calculation does not work by putting airport codes.

Please Enter respective city name in From & To field to calculate the Mileage.
