1900918 - Create/edit Custom View option not Showing in Afaria Administration Portal

In the Afaria Administration Portal, the option to create a custom view is missing in the following two areas:

• The "Select View" button in the left vertical bar when users access Devices view
• The "+" button in the Select View section in the Summary tab when users create a dynamic group or open an existing dynamic group
