1901076 - hosts.allow file is missing and causing backupserver to fail with msg 2.24.2.1 not authorized to connect - SAP ASE

Symptom

Starting backup server after upgrade to SP (Support Package) 50 fails with

Backup Server: 1.78.1.1: The interfaces file used by the backup server is '/opt/sybase/interfaces'.
Backup Server: 1.88.1.1: The hosts authentication file used by the backup server is '/opt/sybase/hosts.allow'.
Backup Server: 1.79.1.1: The backup server name is 'SYB_BACKUP'.
Backup Server: 1.70.1.1: Configuring the maximum shared memory usage to 48 MB.
Backup Server: 1.69.1.2: Configuring the number of service threads to 48.
Backup Server: 1.70.1.3: Configuring the maximum shared memory per stripe to 1048576 bytes.


Backup Server: 2.24.2.1: The host '127.0.0.1' is not authorized to connect to this Backup Server.
Backup Server: 2.6.2.10: Login information unavailable.

The host does not have any '/opt/sybase/hosts.allow' file
