1901261 - Short dump TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED in RSS2_CHECK_DM_FOR_VALID_SID

Symptom

A memory shortage happens when activating data in a DSO. As a result, the system issues a short dump with runtime error TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED in function module RSS2_CHECK_DM_FOR_VALID_SID.

The error occurs when processing the following line of program LRSS2U38:

  sort l_t_part by partnr ascending
