  1. Randomly, the analysis for Olap application crashes while creating a new workspace or opening an existing one
  2. Error: "The Analysis application encountered an unexpected error. If you see this page repeatedly, close the current browser and open the workspace in a new browser window" is displayed
  3. Tomcat traces show error: "could not find Factory: javax.faces.render.RenderKitFactory"
